Bought a pit bike for my nephew from James at AAA. He advised me the bike would need to be ordered in and built. James contacted me daily making sure I was upto speed with the whole process. AAA have been fantastic with the purchase of my first bike. I was rather unsure about the purchase but their enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff put my mind at ease and helped me secure a great deal on a suitable machine. When my bike was accidentally damaged, they helped me secure the parts for the machine, and were more than patient with me when I forgot an important step in starting the machine. I bought a SYM scooter from them years ago. I no longer have a scooter and I was requesting responsible information for the disposal of my LID or helmet. They knew how important that the proper fit of a helmet is to avoid personal damage. They suggested that I bin my old helmet, which I did. Second hand helmets can be dangerous to the user, if involved in an accident. So it is best not passed on. The service has been pretty flawless so far. They sold me my first bike very recently, a KSR Moto GRS 125. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Neil obviously knows the bikes in his inventory inside-out, and he answered all of the questions I had to ask. I had ordered some gear from overseas, and it took longer than I had expected to arrive, but Neil and Shona were very accommodating, and they held onto the bike for me without any hassle until I was ready to pick it up. I'd highly recommend paying them a visit.

I bought a bike from Neil and Shona in June this year. They could not have been more helpful. He was happy to make a small modification for me and spend time making sure I was familiar with the bike. Subsequently he has assisted with advice and tips on regular maintenance issues such as chain tensioning, use of paddock stand etc. Shona and Neil run an excellent bike shop and workshop and get 5 stars for service, courtesy and value. I certainly recommend them.

Rather confused by some of these reviews doesn't seem like the same bike shop Ive been using since buying my first bike 125cc , The sales service was awesome , Took the time to give me hints and tips on servicing the model of bike I bought , All in all great experience and highly recommended , Down side is I have to resist the urge to buy a new bike everytime im in !

Me and my brother went into this place with not a penny in our pockets and we told them that we were not going to buy a bike but we were just looking and both the owners took time out to talk to us about the bikes we were looking at and never cared that we were not going to buy at that time When i do go to buy a bike it will be the first place on my list. Bought the new motorin exp 125cc from here and what can I say the bike is fabulous to look at and ride. The staff Neil and Shona are first class and honest fixing things is never a problem also their honesty is second to none and they will never try to sell you anything if you don't need it also the will advise you on the best size of bike to suit you.

Can not thank the staff enough at AAA Motorcycles. They had nothing that suited my daughter, but were happy to give a recommendation of a suitable bike from another dealer. Knowing nothing about bikes the information they gave us was great and we found the perfect bike.

Bought a KSR Moto TW125 from AAA in May and have found the service we have received to be exemplary, a great wee bike shop who care about the customer and go out of their way to assist. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending AAA to anybody.

Very friendly and helpful service, they were a good laugh at the counter. They sell gloves, helmets, boots and the like at a good price. Helped me with getting started and gave me a recommendation of where to get my Compulsory Basic training.

What a great place! Neil and Shona are lovely & their customer service is second to none. They sell Kymco (great quality), SurRon, Talaria, RFN, eBox and Stomp and I would highly recommend calling or visiting, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a motorbike from this shop 3 years ago around Christmas time for my son. From the very first dealings I had with this man, he was very rude, arrogant and dismissive. Terrible customer service!!! Just called the shop to enquire about a part for a KYMCO Motorcycle (Seeing as AAA seem to be the only KYMCO dealership that i can find in Scotland!!) Great shop, but the man has a serious attitude problem. His wife was nice enough, but he seems to be a grumpy old fart, and I can see I'm not the only one who thinks so. Who do you think you are? Neil's attitude was terrible from saying hello to my ending the conversation, first person I have met through motorbikes that I can honestly say I hope I never speak with again. Had £3k in my pocket to buy a new bike, saw the model I wanted in his shop, after speaking to him I decided to go elsewhere that would appreciate the customer and the business.
